Biocomposites Product Devolpment
Sustainable Packaging for a Circular Future
We are developing upcycled packaging products—including containers, jars, and tubes—to complement our paper-based packaging such as folding carton boxes. Our goal is to provide environmentally responsible alternatives to traditional plastic and mixed-material packaging.
Powered by Hemp: The Future of Packaging
There’s a growing demand for hemp-based sustainable packaging—especially among specialty and natural product brands seeking alternatives to traditional plastic.
Our in-house lab is at the forefront of material innovation, developing both sustainable paper-based packaging and hemp biocomposites—including advanced bioplastics that reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality or performance.
Research & Devlopment
Our in-house R&D team leads in material innovation, engineering sustainable paper-based packaging solutions and high-performance hemp biocomposites. These include next-generation bioplastics designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining strength, durability, and usability.

🔬 Locally Sourced, Lab-Engineered
Our custom hemp-based resin will be available in two formats:
-
Filament – for 3D printing prototypes or small production runs
-
Pellets (in development) – for scalable injection moulding of larger quantities
All materials are locally sourced, supporting regional economies and minimizing our carbon footprint.
